This place SUCKS, very disorganize from the get go EVERYDAY. Never have the timing of your meds on tract and always need to ask for them. That is IF THEY EVEN ORDERED them pushing the blame to someone else other than taking ownership of the issue.

I agree 100%.Our family spent 8 hours a day there with our loved one. Constantly having the same issues you had. My favorite was they had the nerve to discharge my loved one, sending them home without ANY meds. A week later we got a phama bill for 30 days worth of meds yet he had only been given one pill. Their MO is to force patients to go on MediCAL so the state will pay. I can easily point out dozens of errors in their billing but my calls and questions to this day go unanswered.
