My Mom is a patient at PSHC. I visit my Mom usually twice a day, seven days a week, and we both have nothing but great reviews about your staff. Whether it's Admissions, RN's, CNA's, or the entire OT/PT department, we think your staff have been great with trying to work with my Mom in her rehabilitation.
Please tell your staff, especially those I have mentioned, that we appreciate all your efforts.

I can only WISH that my father had had the care you speak of with your mother. We spent everyday/all day at this place with my father and saw EVERYTHING. I spent the majority of my day helping my fathers roommate who was in very bad shape, I consistently had to try to locate ANY employee that could come to assist this poor man. I witnessed the RN's you speak so highly of screaming at this poor patient. I did my best to help him. I was floored at the lack of attention paid to patients. The last straw was watching the RN's berate this man place him in a wheelchair and tie him up or restrain him so he could not move. I went home everyday crying over their treatment of this man who had no family to advocate for him. Being tied up to a chair, left alone, the memory still haunts me. I won't even begin to discuss the treatment of my father………..this place is a horror show.
