If you are interested in overcoming a handicap such as hip or knee replacement surgery, this is an excellent place for it to happen. The PT and OT staff are ready to make the rehab challenge meaningful and beneficial providing you are highly motivated and enthusiastic to their suggestions, exercises, use of equipment, mental conditioning to name a few. Remember, some days will be easy, some days will be a struggle. I have found that the rough days have put me ahead more often than the easy days. This kind of reminds me of the Elephant joke. How do you eat an elephant? ANS. One bit at a time!!! I would like extend special Thanks to Karen and Jackie my two Physical and Occupational therapists.
