Norfolk Health and Rehabilitation is the worst. Most of the nurses are over worked and under paid therefore they have terrible attitudes. The care of the patients is questionable. They do not care for the patients like they should, they are only pill pushers, no personality. The patients are left feeling hopeless and not cared for because they are ignored by the nurses. The social workers appear to only be there for a pay check, because they do not take the complaints of the patients seriously. If you have a loved one that needs to be in a nursing or rehabilitation facility, do not even think of taking them to Norfolk Health and Rehabilitation Center unless of course you do not care about them. If I could give them zero stars, I would because they do not deserve to have any stars. The facility is badly run!
