My mom has only been at this facility 1 week and already I have had to make numerous calls because of their piss poor service. This is not a place to put a patient who is completely bedridden they will be ignored/overlooked for sure. The communication is terrible starting at the administration level, often times the staff no nothing even basic questions, they cant answer. They reaaly deserve a rating of 0 incompetent

Commonwealth took great care of me. I am 78 years old and broke my hip. My recovery time with them was over one month after my long hospital stay. I was not happy about being there or the hospital but who is happy being away from home. It was not the place or the staff I was unhappy about but I just missed my home. I am now up and around like I was before and this is due to the great professionals at Commonwealth. Thanks to all. Will miss all of you but I am glad to be home. Note to the staff: do not pay attention to the negative remarks from the May 8th posting. Just remember there will always be someone that complains even when things are good. Smile always
