I enjoyed my stay at Commonwealth Health and Rehab. The staff is very friendly and the care is excellent. The Physical and Occupational therapy offered by Commonwealth was great. I feel like I have my life and independence back. The admissions department helped in giving me direction from the start untill the day I discharge. It was nice having a plan to get home safely. Thanks to the social worker I went home completely equiped to live at home. We had discussed more staff at home and the necessary equipment to be successful. I would recommend anyone needing this service go to this facility.
