They do not deserve one star!!!! Nasty place, looks good when you come in the lobby and the dinning room. But that is it! Third floor smells all the time. Patients roam into each others rooms. I guess that's alright but if a patient is eating in their room, the roamer takes the food! Mom sometimes ate in the dinning room, never with any help. She would mix her food in her juice glass and of course no one is watching. When the staff thought patients were done, they would collect the food and mark a ticket by percentage of consumption. Mom hardly every ate but played in the food and they would mark 25%…..REALLY? My Mom while there got a fractured hip, lost weight and a lot of her cloths were missing. Now she is in a facility that takes care of her, doesn't lose her clothes and is helped with her meals. She has actually gained weight!!! Above all she is HAPPY Again and so are we! DO NOT TAKE A FAMILY MEMBER TO THAT PLACE!!!! IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
