I unfortunately put my parents into The Murray Rocky Mountain Facility. The first thing the staff did was to try to make my father incompetent stating that he only had a "2 hour Memory" in order to take control of medical and financial decisions. Fortunately he passed the test that he was able to make decisions for himself and my mothers welfare. I did warn him that the entire staff was corrupt and to be very concerned when they acted pleasant as it was their way to take advantage of an innocent senior. The staff then began to turn family memebers into "Adult Protective Services" in order to harm the character of visiting family…as this would make it so if any of their staff were doing unethical things, the family member would be unable to report abuse. Actually, when family members turned in reports of abuse, the Administration did not turn the reports into the "state" until the family members demanded they do so. This is a cover up and I highly recommend you stay absolutely away from this facility!!!!!
