on the day of admission for my mother to a Hospice care situation. Totally unacceptable! No one came in to check on her because I was there. over a 16 minute wait for someone to answer the call light, and then only after I spoke with a nurse… Full Review

I unfortunately put my parents into The Murray Rocky Mountain Facility. The first thing the staff did was to try to make my father incompetent stating that he only had a "2 hour Memory" in order to take control of medical and financial decisions… Full Review
