Do NOT take anyone to Provo Rehab that needs more attention than just short term rehab.(and I doubt that care is any good either.)
I am not necessarily blaming the overworked, underpaid nurses and aids for the HORRIBLE care my mom received, but I am blaming the doctor in charge there, the management and especially the owners. Because of their GREED and "I don't give a damn" attitude, with PROFIT being their ONLY concern, people become unimportant. I have dealt with Provo Rehab on many occasions over the last 3-4 years, and no matter what "new" management or owners they get, the horrible care continues.
