This facility is better than living under an overpass but not by much. Night staff takes over an hour to respond to call buttons.The place is dirty, the food is lousy and dust is everywhere due to construction. Staff was caught giving drugs wothout permission. Night Staff is unable to provide vital statistics about patients.
