Nurses and Doctors do not listen when you tell them something is wrong and they dismiss your knowledge in informing them of the problems. Some Staff Member are dishonest and rude and the theives steal from the residents.
Looks nice when you walk in, but down the hallways, there is a constant bad odor, rooms are dirty and residents are not cared for properly.
