If I could rate a zero I would.. This facility is very beautiful inside and out, but the longer I am there I see and hear all of the truth inside. Nurses there don't care especially the two I deal with on the hall my father is on. These male nurses are rude to staff and to the residents. I have complained but rumor has it they are both the owners friends so no matter what they get to stay. The administrator is worthless she never comes out of her office and then when a complaint is brought up she acts like she can fix it but she has no plan of action she really does not know how to run a business. I feel bad for the owner he will be bankrupt because of the people he allows to work. There are so many other nursing homes near by and they are horrible you would think this one would be full and have a line of people waiting to get in, instead they can't wait to leave! I have been here and overheard a manger bringing coffee as directed from administrator … what happened to the test of the residents that enjoy coffee? Favoritism among residents? That is jus not right, but I guess she is out of options and needs to find a way to keep people. I am working to find a way to get this problem resolved going to the news and state to inform of findings and neglect I have evidence of. So to the male nurses you won't get away with this to long, they may be old but they know how to use cell phones and what I heard you saying will definatly get this placed closed or you two out of a job. Certain findings include a nurse leaving for hours while on shift.. running personal errands and not clocking out, what happens if my family needed you? Then they have a resident going in all the rooms eating and drinking from peoples trays that is unsanitary but they allow it to continue..I hope the administrator gets replaced because she is clueless and tries to bribe with little gifts and is rude to her staff I don't know how they continue to work there… So if anyone refers you here run the other way!!!!!!!
