Facility is beautiful care is poor. Management only worries about dollars not patients. Administration making empty promises. I had a family member free for rehab and the male nurse was horrible and rude he just did not care. I complained but nothing was done. There are a few nurses that are genuine and care. I've also noticed no one wants to help there is no team work. During my families stay I can say when state was there that was the best day of care ever received. But that was a show and fades out when they left. Maybe if there was a good administrator people would go back but the one there obviously has messed up priorities and can't run staff well. Take advise dont go there leave like I did, don't let them fool you. We came to buena vida and yes its not real nice on the outside but the care is outstanding.
