Huebner Creek nearly cost my mother her life yesterday. Their incompetence and lack of care has put her in the hospital with a possible stroke/seizure. This is the second time she has been there and the lack of care from the facility and negligence on their part is totally unacceptable. My brother and i walked in yesterday and she was sitting in the dark , in her wheel chair , over medicated, her teeth had fallen out of her mouth and she was in the middle of some time of seizure or stoke, every person we talked with only wanted to point fingers or say that she was fine the last time they saw her. Due to this, she lost valuable time that may have saved her further medical problems or her life. WE had to insist on getting a nurse to get her vitals, and eventually we requested an ambulance. Even the site director only wanted to argue and was NO help what so ever. If you value the care of a family member or friend, PLEASE do not go there, read the reviews and look for a more competent and caring facility, cuz Huebner Creek is not it!! If their was a negative star rating , I WOULD CHOOSE THAT !!
