My father was just removed from this "rehab" facility after only 24 hours of hell. He was in there for hernia surgery rehab. Once we saw what this place was all about we pulled him out immediately.
Across the hall from him ( and it was ONLY the two of them in the entire wing so it's not as if it was a busy night) was an elderly man. He was most likely in his mid-80's. The older man was calling for a nurse for hours. He needed help to the restroom. The nurse repeatedly told him someone would be there soon. 6 hours later, the poor thing was found sitting on the edge of his bed, hunched over his walker, sound alseep with a massive puddle of urine on the floor below him.
Completely unacceptable!! This place is staffed with people who are not trained propertly and just don't give a damn.
Please, before you check anyone into this place PLEASE do your homework and look into other options. As far as I'm concerned they shouldn't be in business are are stealing hard earned money from families looking for help.

I totally do not agree with the negative comments made abount WarmSprings. Both of my parents have been patients there and they were very well taken care of. The staff is excellent and so are the doctors. Mom and Dad both love it love it love it.
