My mom had a stroke and was at Methodist Hospital. I had to look for a rehab facility and I toured about 4. My most pleasant experience was at Warm Springs. The appearance when I entered did not look at all like a hospital. I was greeted by a very nice receptionist. She called someone out to do the tour. It was the most informative tour of any I had received. Her name was Diana and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She started by telling me a brief history of Warm Springs and how 75 years later they are still here waiting to expand. She answer all my questions and made me feel like this is where my mom should be. My mom admitted the next day. I thank God every day that I chose Warm Springs. Mom loved her stay there and had a wonderful recovery. Diana did tell, "you have a choice now its up to you to make the right choice". I made the right choice and chose Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital. A very satisfied customer….
