I was much happier with this facility before it was bought by Golden Creek.
The staff is not friendly and when you walk up to the nurses station you feel like you are invisible. You are not greeted but ignored. For the last 2 weekends I have left phone messages for my father which have not been delivered. If they ignore me so much I can only imagine how they ignore patients. Patients are only bathed twice a week, which is awful. Today when my husband went to pick up my dad he was not clean. He had dry flaking skin around his face and neck. His hair was not clean and of course they had failed to tell him we were coming to visit when I called. They do not have a sign out procedure for taking family members out for the day. Not safe. Before with the previous owners we had quarterly meetings to discuss the progress of our patient. I get NO INFORMATION from the staff now. Hope I can get my father to agree to move to a different facility.
