I recently had my grandmother @ Vista Ridge Nursing and Rehab for 4 weeks to recouperate from hip surgery and we had a wonderful experience. The staff are all very friendly, willing to help. The therapy was OUTSTANDING!! The director is a treating therapist and really gave mother a good workout. There are no phones in the room which was a hassell but overrall we had a good experience.
