I recently had my mother a vista ridge…. And let me just say the front that they put on makes the place seem amazing and its apperance is pretty nice compared to other places I have visited…. But once my mother was actually there at the facility I had nothing but problem after problem after another and then wait no ANOTHER PROBLEM! The day staff is okay (average) but when it comes to the night/evening shift when I would recieve calls or even go up there and talk to the staff in person I could not at all understand what they were saying nor could they even understand me which was very very frustrating. But even that I was like "well I can understand them after the third or so time asking to repeat what they said" so I looked over it… The place is great if you need a 24hr babysitter but anything else it's a NO my mother was sent there from the hospital for recovery but when I spoke to them about the so called recovery it never happened all that did happen was she was given anxiety meds and slept lliterally all the time even when I came to visit once she was on that medication for about 2 weeks she progessivly got worse and is now BACK in the hospital… NOW she is actually doing incediably better and its a gods blessing that she is NOT there. But dont take my word for it totally send a loved one there I'm sure they'll be fine. LMAO
