Don't be fooled by the beautiful exterior & interior of this care facility. Most of the staff is clueless as to the needs of the patients. I witness one nurses aid saying to a patient who rang for help from her bed "what do you want?", in a very cold and impersonal manner. There are a few employees who do show compassion but many don't want to be bothered. I saw many employees standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. I saw a lot of very lazy employees. I saw employees texting while patients were in need of assistance. I saw an elderly male patient with a soaking, leaky diaper two days in a row. I saw patients who could not feed themselves go unfed. Their trays just placed on their bedside table. This place needs to clean house and get employees who can and want to do their job.
