This place is horrible. I would give it a negative rating if I could. An administrator who has no nursing background and a LVN sitting as the DON cant possibly run an organized skilled nursing facility!!!

Nursing Home Administrators usually don't have nursing backgrounds, so your complaint on that issue is puzzling.
Judging from your complaints, I'd say you were an RN nurse who got passed over for promotion…….
