Do not place anyone you care about in this facility. I would give this place a negative rating if allowed. In a period of four and a half weeks my family member from the day of arrival was near death because of malnutrition at Ashford Hall… Full Review

This place has done a 180! They have a great, compassionate administrator now who listens and cares for the staff and residents. You only have to walk through the door to feel the difference. Wow!… Full Review

This place is horrible. I would give it a negative rating if I could. An administrator who has no nursing background and a LVN sitting as the DON cant possibly run an organized skilled nursing facility!!!… Full Review
