The staff is not the problem they are severely understaffed and the assistants and nurses working there do what they can to provide care. The current Administrator is up for a license referral meaning her history is bad with Texas and you can hear her screaming all over the nursing home. She ran out a Director of Nursing who we heard worked for the company almost 20 years. Since the patient care is what we brought our family member there for nursing staff should be treated fairly. Every time they get a strong nursing director this beserk Administrator is mouthing off literally screaming and lining up staff against the wall. They get to go home when done with work what about the helpless patients laying there listening to her screeching like a chicken with its head chopped off? This used bo be a good nursing home and we put our family member in there due to the company having a good rating overall and we figured bigger is better. I hear right now the Administrator got such bad marks that they cannot get money for Medicaid and Medicare patients so what happens now to those stuck in there? I'd like to see the complaints about employees because we spend much time in and out at different times and know the nursing staff who works there works super hard but they wore out bad. I would not recommend anyone sending loved ones to this place until they get rid of that screaming jack ass Administrator. We filed complaint forms and called their 1 800 number and the big guns for some reason don't see what is going on. I pity the nurses on the one unit that is getting called out all the time the manager is with the company 10 years like the director a long time. If they get rid of the current Administrator and get nursing director who really cares they would be back on track. We are considering moving our family member elsewhere and know we are not alone. Tried to give zero stars it made me give one like others I'd give zero and pity anyone trying to get a good place if their beloved family is up in this place.
