I have a family member at this location and I am very happy with the services that are offered. My husband and I have never had a problem with the staff or administrator… as a matter of fact, the staff is highly respectful and the administrative personnel are wonderful. Nneaka is a dream to work with and has always been concerned about our needs being met. It seems like the person that posted the bad review prior to mine may have some additional issues that need to be resolved OUTSIDE of Cypresswood. I highly recommend this facility! We had looked for two years and we were not happy with the majority of the facilities that we came across. Yes, Cypresswood is dated, and yes, there is not a lot of Bells and Whistles; but the last time I checked, it's not the Bells and Whistles that take care of your family members, it's the staff that matters. Cypresswood is truly a caring place to have your loved ones.
