Review of Walnut Place

I am not pleased with the attention given to me by the receptionist at the main entrance, nor with the nurse or nurses in the 5th floor (moderate patients) I visited my friend three times; at the 3rd visit,the nurse in the 5th floor told me about the patients code . I did not know anything about this, she did not explain it to me and I did not know what was she talking about. I understand now the purpose of the code,I though signing patients out and into the building was the procedure. I feel that the staff-nurses-receptionist,etc, should be pleasant and more friendly.My friend is happy over there . My opinion ? I haven't heard good comments about Walnut Place
