After three and one-half years of this facility lying, people denying, and management covering up the truth of their actions that killed our father, the TRUTH HAS COME TO LIGHT! The Texas Nursing Board has ruled GUILTY as CHARGED! The twelve member board was unanimous in their ruling that the actions of the nursing staff at Signature Pointe directly lead to the demise of our father. They further stated that Signature Pointe altered the medical records, then destroyed the original records of that day when we witnesed the killing of our father. Signature Pointe on the Lake, your time of getting away with the lies is over. If the lying facility manager had a brain in his head he might want to look for another job. His instructions were followed by the nurse to alter the medical records and destroy the originals. Smart move.
