This facility has alot of room for improvement in dealing with patients and families. I found part of the staff to adequate and others really lacking. The management was cold, uncaring and uninformed when asked about certain incidents. I did not feel that they had the best interest as far as my family member was concerned. When we asked about certain things going on there, or had certain requests that we made, we were not treated in a very unprofessional manner. We were treated very coldly and rudely.
