Horrible. To get anything done one must go to Director of Nursing or Director of Facility. No showers and/or shaves as stated "every other day." Horribly understaffed. Left mound of feces on toilet seat rendering it unusable by residents of that room from 12:30 pm until after 5:30 pm when I reported it to the Director of the Facility. Had already requested a nurse to call housekeeping to clean it up.
Food is heavy starches and lots of sugar. I do lilke the soup and salad with meals. For the most part, the workers seem caring but are horribly overworked due to understaffing. Really bad on the weekends when there is only one CNA for an entire hall. AND they are RAISING the rent for all self-pays.
Looking for somewhere else to place my loved one.
