Horrible. To get anything done one must go to Director of Nursing or Director of Facility. No showers and/or shaves as stated "every other day." Horribly understaffed. Left mound of feces on toilet seat rendering it unusable by residents… Full Review

The facility is horribly understaffed, although the nurses did their very best, with each one having 33 patients per shift. Showers were supposed to be every other day, but that was not the case. Pain pills were not given when prescribed.… Full Review

this place has workers that dont give the residents the care and attention they need. They dont get what the ask for and get made fun off. It a horrible place to have a love one!!… Full Review
