A sad situation here as some workers are great but the management and philosophy of this company are atrocious. The administration is cold, uncaring, and absolutely driven by money in every situation. Their clinical skills are lacking to the point of risk for anyone with a medical condition or who is symptomatic. If the stay is uneventful, all is well. When issues or concerns arise and care, compassion, support, and reasonableness are needed the most, things quickly deteriorate. The facility is quick to place blame on residents and/or anyone else and deny any responsibility except to collect money any way they can. Too bad they are not driven by care half as much as they are by money when dealing with such a vulnerable population. I would recommend you look somewhere else for a safe place for your loved one.

MY MOTHER IS AT THIS FACILITY AND FOR THE MOST,SHE RECEIVES VERY GOOD CARE. IT IS A BLESSING FOR MY MOTHER AND MYSELF. MOST OF THE STAFF ARE VERY KIND AND ARE WILLING TO GO AN EXTRA MILE IF NEED BE. tHANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THEY DO.

It's not the same as the old company. The halls are clean of odor and clutter. I no someone who is getting free cna training. She seems to like the place too.

I didn't smell any odors. This building is NOT the same with new managment. It is colorful, clean (very clean), and has some of the most helpful kind employees. Their hearts are really in the right place.

I recently had to unexpectedly place my 98 year old grandmother in this facility. As I live over 700 miles away, I was concerned as to the care she would receive but after just a few short weeks, my grandmother has adjusted to her new "home". She is happy here and assures me they are taking great care of her compared to where she was previously! The only complaint I would have is that she is in a room with 2 other ladies and I would prefer that she only have one room-mate but I'm ok with it knowing that she doesn't seem to mind and actually appreciates the addition of making another friend. Thank you Gallatin Health Care Center! I look forward to meeting and getting to know the room-mates and the staff when I make a trip there.
