Weekend's are especially bad, no enough help and patient's suffer because of it,it look's good on the surface but if you look deeper you will find a lot of flaw's,my sister is in the facility and has sat for 8 hr's in her wheel chair in the day room and no one would take her to her room and she wear's pull-up's and had not been changed in all that time.so disheartning.
