I personally like the center in Soddy Daisy. I have found the staff to be courteous to family members and is genuinely concerned with the care of my mother. I believe that if you look hard enough, you will find fault with any facility. Weekends seem to be a little less staffed than during the week, but we visit frequently and various times of the day and have not found any issues. If there are issues, we have found it best to express our concern with the staff instead of expecting it to get changed. They have to realize there is an issue before it can be corrected. I appreciate all that they do and I am sure they are working as hard as they can to provide the quality care that is expected of them.
