i visited my grandma one evening and heard a cna on the heirloom unit complaining because a patient pooped too much and she didn't feel like cleaning it up anymore. well, if that's how she feels then maybe she should go work at walmart or someplace where she doesn't have to clean people. what a shame that she was so put out, when the patient probably really appreciated the help getting out of her dirtied clothing. we ended up sending my grandma to the fairways at brookline and it is a beautiful place there. they take really good care of their people and my grandma is once again happy. the hearthside is dirty, i dont think they know how to clean anything.
