I don't even think this center deserves 1 star out of 5, but it is the least I can do. This is the dirtiest nursing facility I have ever been to. I have seen residents sitting in chairs, with urine dripping onto the floor because they haven't had the care that they need. The CNA's honestly do not care about the well being of the residents, as they leave residents in soiled briefs all day long. The public restroom I used there had feces on the floor that had been there for over a month and was never cleaned. They constantly are short staffed and never have enough people to help those in need. Residents sit in their chairs in the hallway screaming for help, and no one ever answers them, or they tell them to "knock it off." Unfortunately, my mother was there or rehab and she will not be going back. I will see to it that if she ever needs rehab again, she will be sent to a place where they actually care for their residents. The people who run this place only care about their paychecks and that is sad.
