Very under staff and most of the staff aren't paying attention to the residents. Everyone from the floor is allowed to take dinner breaks at the same time leaving the patients to sit and wait. Not enough interaction between staff and patients and not enough activities for patients who are bed bound. Let patients lay in bed all day and for the ones unable to feed themselves they rush to feed them or make them sit and wait unntil the food is iced cold. Nursing staff doesn't pay enough attention to patient needs and leaves to much to aides to decide how to care for them.
