Today I go there for a food delivery the receptionist nd his female friend make me go back nd forth to the establishment in this cold weather . Very time he let his friend answer from the reception desk to confirm the order nd when I get there… Full Review

Very under staff and most of the staff aren't paying attention to the residents. Everyone from the floor is allowed to take dinner breaks at the same time leaving the patients to sit and wait. Not enough interaction between staff and patients… Full Review
