Extremely dissatisfied. Poor management, improper, incorrect billing, didn't have right medications, don't conduct rehab on weekends so if you're transferred from the hospital, you're paying for a room and not getting any services. Very unprofessional. We were told at the hospital this facility recently received a high review -- we honeslty can't imagine from who. Smells of urine upon entering the front door and seems short staffed. They tried to give my mother insulin when she was not even prescribed. Never sent proper billing information to Shelly's so we're still dealing with their inadequacies 6 months later. Don't go here.
