My family member fell in Febuary and after her hospital stay it was recommended she enter a nursing home. We chose Mountainview because it was near our house and pretty convenient. Needless to say I was shocked by the reviews I read on here. The employees here were very kind and quick to fix any problem that arised. My mother is very quiet and did not always voice her needs. The nurses took that into consideration when entering her room. She was asked quite often about her pain needs and if she needed to use the bathroom because she didn't always tell someone. This home would be getting five stars if the food wasn't so gross.
