Review of Twinbrook Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

I heard some pretty negative information about Twinbrook and I had my reservations about send my mother there but I am glad that I did. My mom was treated excellent. The Nursing staff was wonderful to my mom. There was always someone there to answer my mother's and my questions. I spoke with the Director of Nursing on a few different occasions and she was very professional and delightful to speak with. My mom even thought the food was decent and she is not the easiest person to please in that area. When my mom was discharged, she was set up for everything she needed at home and I thank the staff for that!! If there was a criticism, I would say the lack of activities and the lack of variety of activities was a disappointment. I think there needs to be more activites on the units instead of in the activities area all the time. Thank you Twinbrook for taking great care of my mom and returning her back home with us!!!
