This place is the worst. The halls cry death. It is like visiting a HItchcock film set. Many of the employees look like they live in the street, or are drug users. They have ZERO people skills! The patients are treated worse than animals. Older patients who have dementia roam around in aimless abandon, with no supervision. While visiting, two patients attempted to leave, had it not been for my intervention they may have, I don't blame them. God knows the misfit staff members were not paying attention to them. If you ask the staff to help, they act as though you asked them to give you their limb. If you voice a concern, it is never their fault, but always the patients. The administraton walks around like correction officers, or wardens, no smile, or warmth for the families or patients. I cannot believe that this place is allowed to stay open. There must be little oversight from the state of Oregon, because it is clear that this place has no fear or concern if they are being monitored. Their obvious multiple inadequacies, and lack of providing quaility patient healthcare are atrocious. I watched staff treat patients with utter contempt. The staff rolls their eyes at the families, if they are asked for assistance with something as simple as getting a glass of water for their loved one. The social worker must have work as a Nazi, as her "bed side manner" is that of a rabid dog, NONEXISTENT. The resident care manager, wow, ignorance is defined by this person. It is so sad to see that money outweighs common decency. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS PLACE! AND IF GOD IS JUST< ALL EMPLOYED AT THIS PLACE WILL ONE DAY BE PATIENTS AT A SIMILIAR HORROR SHOW.

We sent our grandma here from a hospital in Portland and when we walked in we noticed the foul smell of urine. The place is dark and gloomy and my grandma sits in bed with no time out other than once a day while they do a little rehab with her. We're working on moving my grandma, however, insurance is not cooperating with us so we're trying to have someone there with her most of the day to be sure she is taken care of. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!
