They go through administration constantly. The staff is very unhelpful. I do not have a loved one in the facility but I do go in as a vendor. I go into a lot of facilities so I look at things differently. I can say that it doesn't smell like urine or honey (which means the facility is covering up the smell of urine) the residents seem to be happy. Shelly the current Administrator seems to be doing a great job and has been there for almost a year. Melanie the current Director of Nursing is great, she is new to the facility but if she stays she will be a great asset! I believe Shelly and Melanie will be a great team.
