There is never enough help in Sequoyah Pointe Living Center. Employees do not wear name tags or identification. When visiting a relative, you do not know house keeping from a RN. That's because they don't want you to know there are very few if any trained/qualified nurses or nuse aides. Recent reviews by the state are not made available.
People are wharehoused here. Very seldom is there any quality interaction between staff and patients. Patients are treated as bodies.
If you have a loved one in this nursing home, be aware. My loved one does not deserve to have to live this way. Patient's emotional needs are not being met. They are not talked to and have no power over their situation. They are left sitting in one positon for hours, because there are not enough staff members to take care of their needs. THEIR NEEDS ARE NOT BEING MET! EMOTIONALLY OR PHYSICALLY!!
