I do not recommend. This is a very poorly run care center. They have a high turnover of nurses. Are understaffed which takes away from the care of the residents. Nursing and aid staff never wash their hands between patients. Lack training… Full Review

i would not recommend anyone to Westlake village skilled nursing. It's always under staffed and there's been several cases of scabies going on which wasn't handled until they were threatened to be reported to state. This place really needs… Full Review
