The Normandy Manor has been sending my Mom's information regarding activities and some unpaid? bills to her deceased sister's house in Strongsville, Ohio for about three years now. They have not included me in her monthly conference call updates… Full Review

They are understaffed. The care is minimal. Weekends and evenings are a good time to come in and see the true operation of this nursing home. Whenever the state is there they have everything looking good. Although the horror stories… Full Review
