They are understaffed and therefore are not quick to respond. The food is terrible. Some of the staff are quite nice and competent. Facility is nice. If I had a choice I would not stay until staffing is changed.

Totally unacceptable response times when the call button is activated. The wait was 1 hour and only when we intentionally set off the chair alarm did we get a response.
