Totally unacceptable response times. One hour and then we intentionally set off the chair alarm to get a response to the call button. If someone needs assistance that is totally not in the range of acceptable response time.… Full Review

They are understaffed and therefore are not quick to respond. The food is terrible. Some of the staff are quite nice and competent. Facility is nice. If I had a choice I would not stay until staffing is changed.… Full Review
