Review of Lakes of Monclova Health Campus The

Bad choice, problems with everything from medication mix ups. Very little housekeeping done , cold food, very small portions, some of my meals were never brought to me, Millipede insects in my room, hallways etc.. I got athletes foot fungus while there, facility not locked at night, looks sure are deceiving and the executive director does as little as possible to resolve problems, staff all pass blame for issues onto each other. Very sad for those residents who cannot speak and be their own watchdog. My stay was for 30 days in the Fall of 2014, my complaint is now in the Ohio Health Departments hands.
