It's a shame that the service is so slipshod and unpredictable here....the concept has many excellent qualities. I like the idea of smaller "cottages" rather than a big building for the elderly to navigate. Homewood Richmond Heights has 5 cottages… Full Review

During the week, not so bad, the Weekends.............SUCK! The staff doesn;t seem to communicate the care of patients and changes in care. I had to remind staff it was time for her shower or past time( Day wise)........Had to tell them that… Full Review
