This facility has a good appearance and is kept clean but the third shift is understaffed to an extreme and policies/laws are not followed. Full Review
The quality of this facility has seriously declined since it was bought out by new owners. Beds don't get made, patients wait forever to have call lights answered, staff is unresponsive to complaints, need to be reminded to follow up on doctor… Full Review
My aunt has been at this facility for 2 and 1/2 months and I think it is a very nice facility. The staff is very caring and treats my aunt great. She raves about the food being really good. They have lots of activities for the residents… Full Review
